• Work with Information Technology staff to work with the electronic health record and use of other technology tools and computer applications.

The IIH worker reinforces desired cognitive and behavioral changes to prevent crises and to support the emotional well–being of the child and family. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include home visiting, maintaining regular and in depth contacts with other service providers to coordinate services, effectively managing a diverse caseload and responding professionally to emergency and crisis situations including additional visits when indicated.
