Family Service League offers its services from our Family Centers and other locations across Long Island. To find one near you, as well as the services available at each facility, start by clicking on the map below to indicate the general area of Suffolk County in which you live. If you live close to a border between two areas, be sure to check both.

The Olsten Family Center

Traveling from WEST of Huntington

1. Northern State Parkway (NSP) East to exit 42N (Deer Park Avenue, Rt. 231)
Or . . .
LIE exit 51 (turn left onto Deer Park Avenue - Route 231)

2. Continue north in left lane on Deer Park Avenue; cross over Jericho Turnpike (Deer Park Avenue becomes Rt. 35, then Park Avenue.)

3. Immediately north after the intersection of Pulaski Road, Family Service League is the second building on your right, just after Citibank.

[Note: Distance from NSP = 3.5 miles; distance form the LIE = 5.5 miles]

Traveling from EAST of Huntington

1. Northern State Parkway West to exit 42N (Deer Park Road, Huntington). Continue straight through the traffic light onto Deer Park Avenue going north;
Or . . .
LIE exit 51 (turn right onto Deer Park Avenue-Route 231). Stay in left lane.

[Then continue with steps 2. & 3. above.]

The Huntington facility is also accessible by LIRR and HART Bus Service.

The Manor Field Family Center

Follow directions above but continue past the Huntington office to East Fifth Street immediately before the train tracks on the left. Turn left. The Family Center is on the right next to the playground (about 1/4 mile).

The Riverhead Family Center

Take the Long Island Expressway to exit 71 and follow Route 24 East for about 4 miles until you come to a traffic circle. Go 3/4 of the way around the circle and follow the signs to Route 25 (Main Street). Go one block to a traffic light, turn right, and a quick left onto Roanoke Avenue. Go one block to the First Street parking lot. Family Service League's office is on the right, two buildings past the parking lot.

The Iovino South Shore Family Center

Take the Southern State Parkway to exit 42S (Fifth Avenue). If coming from the east, the ramp will put you onto Fifth Avenue; coming from the west you will need to go left at the end of the ramp and then make a right turn at the traffic light onto Fifth Avenue. In either case, proceed 1/10 mile to 1444 Fifth Avenue on the right.

The Brookhaven Family Center

Via the Long Island Expressway - Take the LIE to exit 68 S to go south on William Floyd Parkway (Route 46). Since the highway is divided and the facility is on the northbound side, you will need to make a U-turn at Moriches Middle Island Road. Once headed north, make a right onto Ramsey Road (immediately after crossing over the railroad bridge) and then right again into the parking lot. The Family Service League entrance is at the rear of the building.

Via Sunrise Highway - Coming from the west, leave Sunrise Highway at exit 58N to go north on William Floyd Parkway (Route 46). Coming from the east, leave Sunrise Highway at exit 58N and make a left at the end of the ramp to go west on the service road. At the traffic light make a right to go north on William Floyd Parkway (Route 46).

Follow William Floyd Parkway for approximately 2.5 miles and make a right onto Ramsey Road (immediately after crossing over the railroad bridge) and then right again into the parking lot. The Family Service League entrance is at the rear of the building.
