Patrice Reives-Bright, MD Joins FSL as Medical Director

Family Service League (FSL), a Long Island based non-profit human service organization, is pleased to announce that Dr. Patrice Reives-Bright, Child and Adolescent and General Psychiatrist, has joined the staff of FSL as Medical Director.  Dr. Reives-Bright has an impressive background both clinically and administratively.  Her responsibilities and experience have spanned both inpatient and outpatient settings and has overseen various programs in such settings.  According to Dr. Jeff Steigman, FSL’s Chief Administrative Officer, “Dr. Reives-Bright will oversee a medical staff of over 30 professionals, including medical doctors and nurse practitioners across Family Service League’s Suffolk County clinical programs.  In addition, she will, at times, provide direct service to children, adolescents and adults with mental illness. The addition of Dr. Reives-Bright to our team will strengthen and expand FSL’s ability to provide critical resources for Long Island residents and further our vision of innovative and integrated care.” 

Board certified Child and Adolescent and General Psychiatry, Dr. Reives-Bright received her MD from the University of North Carolina School of Medicine. She completed her adult residency training and child and adolescent psychiatry fellowship at the Albert Einstein College of Medicine at Long Island Jewish Medical Center – Zucker Hillside Hospital and resides in Merrick.
