Brookhaven Family Center strengthens families with its wide range of services in one location. Programs include: Behavioral Health Services, Parent Support and Advocacy, Senior Services, Family Literacy, and Case Management.

Programs Available:
Services include counseling, family case management, information and referral, substance abuse treatment, and education and advocacy which promote and maintain positive family functioning. Note: FSL also offers case management and counseling services on-site at the Middle Country Library, located at 101 Eastwood Blvd., Centereach.

Persons Served:
The center serves children, youth, adults, and families residing in the Town of Brookhaven.

Fees:
Some programs are free or involve a sliding scale; others accept most insurance, Medicaid or Medicare. Please inquire at reception desk.
