Program Purpose:
AFY provides case management to at-risk youth and works to prevent
further involvement for youngsters in the juvenile justice system.
Program Description:
AFY provides case management, family support, parent education, and
counseling for youth referred from Phase I of AFY with the Education and
Assistance Corporation. Youth and their families can receive services for up
to one year in the second phase with FSL.
Persons Served:
Youth up to age 18 who are referred through the Education and Assistance
Corporation after completing the first phase of the Alternatives For Youth
program.

Program Hours:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Evening and Saturday hours are available.
