The Home Base I Program (CCSI- Children’s Coordinated Services Initiative) works with children who have been diagnosed with psychological/mental health issues and are at risk of either long-term hospitalization or placement in a residential setting.

The Home Safe program works with families who are at risk of the children being placed out of the home and in the foster care system. If the children are currently in the foster care system, services are provided to expedite their return home.

The Home Safe Parenting Program works with parents who have been court-ordered to attend parent education classes.

The Home Base IV (SOFA- Suffolk Options for Female Adolescents) program works with female adolescents who are on probation and at risk of placement outside of the home.
