Chemical Dependency Clinic

Program Purpose:
The purpose of the Chemical Dependency program is to provide comprehensive alcohol and substance abuse services for adults 18 years or over.  This program provides screenings, assessments and evaluations to assist in determining the level of care to support recovery and maintain abstinence.  

Program Description:
Each individual entering our medically supervised program has a treatment plan specifically developed with them that includes both individual and group treatment. Staff is comprised of a Medical Director, Site Supervisor, Clinical Supervisor, Licensed Social Workers, Certified Alcohol Substance Abuse Counselors and Support staff.   In addition, prevention counseling is available to individuals and families who are considered at risk for future substance abuse problems. The Chemical Dependency program also offers specialty groups including, but not limited to, groups specific to women, anger management, parole, relapse prevention and DWI/DUI programs.

Persons Served:
Individuals 18 years of age and over who are alcohol and/or chemically dependent. The program provides services to individuals mandated by the Departments of Probation  Parole, Child Protective Services, TASC and SAAM.    

Fees:
Most insurance are accepted as well as Medicaid and Medicare.
Sliding scale fees are based on income and ability to pay.

Monday through Thursday 8:30-8:00
Friday 8:30-2:00
