Program Purpose:
FSL's Supported Housing projects aim to reduce homlessness in our communities by providing permanent, supported housing to Suffolk County individuals who are expeirencing long-term homelessness.

Program Description:
Tenants receive housing and support services to enable than to live independently in the community.

Persons Served:
Homeless individuals living in shelters throughout Suffolk County.
