CareGivers Support Program

Program Purpose:
To provide to provide group and individual counseling, and education for caregivers of an aging or elderly loved one.

Program Description:
Caregivers are seen weekly for group and / or individual counseling. Emotional support, education, and counseling are available to help the caregiver handle their stress, better understand their role and options, and secure any assistance that may be available.

Persons Served:
Caregivers of the frail elderly.
