Program Purpose:
To provide counseling, support and advocacy for caregiver grandparents and their grandchildren. Through case management, counseling, and advocacy KinCare ensures the rights of both the children and the grandparents are maintained.

Program Description:
Weekly counseling sessions for grandparents and / or their grandchildren help them adjust to their challenging situation. Grandparents are assisted in formulating a permanency plan that may include legal custody or guardianship, kinship, foster care, or adoption.
