Program Purpose:
Personalized Recovery Oriented Service (PROS), a NYS licensed program, provides a continuum of psychiatric, rehabilitative, and restorative services to adults suffering from serious mental illness. Services include clinical, case management, psychosocial, and skills programs.

Program Description:
A structured, five-day-a-week program designed to provide a range of rehabilitative and clinical services to adults with severe mental illness. The program develops an individualized recovery plan for each member that helps to guide the specific programs that are chosen for participation. Members are also able to obtain their mental health and psychiatric care and receive skills training.

Persons Served:
Adults over the age of 18 who have a diagnosis of a serious mental illness.

Fees:
Medicaid and Medicare accepted. No fee for other individuals.

Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Wednesday, 9:00 am - 9:00 pm
