Personalized Recovery Oriented Services - PROS

Program Purpose:
Personal Recovery Oriented Services or PROS is a recovery based rehabilitation program designed to empower individuals with psychiatric illnesses and assist them in achieving their personal goals.

Program Description:
The PROS program offers comprehensive, evidence-based services that support an individual’s recovery including services such as psychiatry, clinical therapy, nursing, vocational counseling, job placement, wellness management and disability education. Services are delivered in both group and one-on-one settings and are person-centered to meet the individual needs of the participants.

Persons Served:
PROS is intended to serve adults age 18 years and older that have been diagnosed with a psychiatric illness and display functional deficits due to their disability.

Fees:
Medicaid and Medicare accepted. No fee for other individuals.

Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 3:00 pm

Journey House
Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
Wednesday, 9:00 am - 9:00 pm
