Program Purpose:
WorkPlus provides comprehensive vocational and educational services to low-income adults who are; transitioning from welfare to work, entering the job market for the first time, re-entering the job market and/or working but seeking additional skill training.

Program Description:
WorkPlus provides a variety of individual and groups workshops including; Computer Training (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Typing, Internet Applications, and Computer Assisted English Instruction), Vocational Counseling, Employment Readiness, Continuing Adult Education Classes, (ESL) English as a Second Language, GED Preparation, Financial Literacy, Civic Education, Job Placement Services, Information and Referral.

Persons Served:
Low-Income Adults.

Fees:
No fees are charged to participants

Manor Field WorkPlus: Mon/Wed 12pm-8pm & Tues/Thurs 9am-5pm
Iovino South Shore Family Center WorkPlus: Mon-Friday 9am-5pm
