CTI Referral

Emergency Department (ED) staff:

FSL’s CTI team will respond to this referral within eight (8) hours of receipt. When possible, this will include team members coming to the ED to engage with the individual. If onsite engagement is not practical, then team members will reach out by phone to the unit and/or via phone or telehealth to the individual.

Inpatient Psychiatric Units Staff:

FSL’s CTI team will come to the unit within twenty-four (24) hours of receipt of this referral to engage face-to-face with the individual.
